VOTE EARLY TO AVOID WAITING ON ELECTION DAY
Throughout Early Voting there has been no line and no waiting at all three (3) locations.  Due to the eight (8) year election cycle that results in a lenghty ballot, the time to cast a ballot has increased and will likely result  in waiting in line to vote on Election Day.  Save yourself the time and the wait by casting your ballot now during Early Voting.  For a complete schedule click here.


AUGUST 7, 2014 SAMPLE BALLOTS
Voters will apply to vote in one of the following, Republican Primary, Democratic Primary, or County General Election.  Voters applying to vote in either primary will automatically receive the County General Ballot; however, voters that apply to vote in only the County General Election will not receive a ballot with any of the offices included in the primary.  Voters can only apply to vote in one primary.

CONSTABLE DISTRICT 2 SPECIAL ELECTION
As the result of a vacancy in the office of Constable in District Two (2) a special election will be held on November 4, 2014 to fill the office for the remainder of the unexpired term.  Candidate Petitions are available at the Sullivan County Election Commission.  The qualifying deadline to file candidate petition is Noon, August 21, 2014.
